One of my best friends, Shim asked me to style her the other day, we decided to go for a casual look. I was excited to force see her wear  a bodycon skirt, one of my latest obsession.
I'm so glad the world didn't end on the 21st. Even though I told myself  not to pay attention to the end of the world related posts on facebook, I was still pretty scared about the thought of it. I kept yelling inside my head " I DON'T WANT TO DIE I DON'T WANT TO DIE!" everytime I see people posting anything about the end of the world. I can never get people who says "party like there's no tomorrow", if there's no tomorrow I'd probably crawl up in a corner and stay depressed until the moment comes.

Balik kampung

The title means going home in Malay.
I'm packing and cleaning like a mad woman at the moment, going home in 2 days time :D! Haven't been back for 1 year ++, can't wait to see all the familiar faces!

My iphone is such a lifesaver, I don't have a camera at the moment so I can only use it to take photos, I'll probably nab a camera from my dad when I go back.

Yohji Yamamoto to me is not only a fashion designer, but also a philosopher with a rock star attitude. He is a very intelligent and humble man that has a devil may care attitude towards some people's definition of success such  as owning a private jet or living in a mansion.

Sorry for my lack of words, exams and essays last week ate my writing ability hahaha. I should be posting more frequently  in the very near future ^^.

Front row shop

I came across front row shop from the lovely Fabliha's blog. And I must say wow! I totally dig their style and the price tag that won't break the bank. I mean balenciaga-esque sweater for $45 and a totally cool leather skirt for $28? Yes yes yes! Below are few items that tickle my fancy. 

While I obsessively typed the shop name in google, its taobao store popped up and I saw this skirt that's unfortunately not available on the international site. Harassed customer service by demanding  asking if the skirt can be purchased. Either that works or I shall have to get this baby via a representative since taobao does not ship internationally.

Oh My Dahlia

Oh my cat-obsessed heart, how it stings me when I saw this outfit. A skater skirt is a staple piece in my wardrobe, so naturally a staple piece + cat print = hells yeah! I'd be really really happy if I win this outfit. Please Dahlia fashion pleeasseee.

Ok stepping away from my craziness there's a piece of clothing that I'm seriously considering to purchase. Unfortunately the shirt the model is wearing is sold out :'( so sad.

Slight obsession

I know I'm slowly turning into a crazy cat lady when I catch myself searching "cat" on a number of clothing online stores. And then I come across this dress on asos, and noticing there's an extra 10% discount on sale items, I checked out within 5 minutes ==. And apparently this was the very last piece.

I got this mug few days ago from a newsagent, I hesitated at first when I saw the "sex kitten" at the back and in the end I was like oh well who cares. I added a "y" to save myself some decency since I live with my brother. awkward. It was only 1.45 dollars I think, really good deal for a crazy cat lady.

I just feel I have been disappointing academically,physically and socially because of the negativity I had for the past two years. Every time I do something, I expect for the worst, and most of the time I do get disappointed. Well anyway I guess I learnt :). I won't say I'll guarantee to be 100% optimistic every time I do something but at least I've learnt to think more carefully this time.

Mom just gave a huge lecture on why I should consider quality over quantity regarding clothes. True mom, now I realize I spend HEAPS on junk I don't really wear. Though by suggesting me to get rid of half of my wardrobe and start collecting quality pieces? Hehehehe very excited :P :P :P.

 I am lusting over this Alice Mccall somerford booth skirt. Kinda sad there's only size 6 left on the website when I'm a size 8 :( sad face. I mean it's cheaper on the official website come on :( :( :(.
