Finally I'm taking some outfit pictures. I only took two photos, was in the backyard beside the garage. Taking my sweet time using le tripod, and while i was recording some videos my brother drove back =____=, no space for me. Was sick during two papers so will have to take replacement exams, hope i do well ><. Work hard chinyean! You can do it!

Had a bit fun with my tripod today. Lol sounds a bit wrong. Two more days until uni! Excited! I'm glad the hairdresser left the ends of my hair blunt. The previous hairdressers I went to, I've always told them "just cut it, don't need to layer it" and they'd still always love to give me a layered cut which I loathe. I have spent much more than I should on makeup products from 3 concept eyes of stylenanda, Lord forgive my sin. But on the side note, I can't wait till they arrive :D! Stylenanda really is a whirlpool, I was sucked in the website for days no kidding! Scrolled through the products for so many times until the checkout point. My old makeup products are expiring so I guess that's one legit excuse for this purchase :X ehehehe.

Took this two pictures when my friend visited. Usually my tripod takes care of my outfit pictures xD. So happy my friend brought me two pairs of slippers and a gazillion of other gifts consisted of skincare products etc. She's like my personal santa xD.
Life is a little quiet now, after the examination rush. But it'll be tomorrow when I receive the results. I vision it to be a fortunate outcome which I hope it really will be. I finished "The time of my life" by Cecelia Ahern, which sort of coincides with my life at this stage. I haven't listened to the radio for a long time so I'm kinda loosing touch of what the current music craze is, ageing symptoms eh? xD After I typed this I went to the flyfm website which I loved when I was in high school. Rooarrrr, so predictable lol :P. Haven't tuned to Ryan Seacrest's weekly top 40 for a long long time. The last book I really really enjoyed was Neil Gaiman's 'The Graveyard Book'. Haven't found anything new that is as engaging as that yet. Oh well. I was checking out NgMiyake 's dayre, so envious of her eyebrow and eyelash extension, I want to do an extension too, I'm basically browless and eyelashesless xD. I kinda don't get the hype of Disney's Frozen at tumblr. Yeah, it's cute but it didn't seem amazing to me, maybe I'm more attracted to emo flicks. I was wondering if I should start writing again. Wrote a fantasy novel outline, should probably give it a try again :).

 The dance floor was too packed, we were smashed by bodies for a while until we've decided to take a rest.

 This was the only photo I got of the crowd, didn't go around to snap pictures of people with crazy awesome costumes cause I'm scared to annoy peeps :P

Decided to go to a halloween party last minute, hence I didn't came up with a costume, but I tried :(. I actually came out with this ensemble within 10 minutes before I went out to catch the bus cause I was occupied with online quizzes. The whole get up was slightly inspired by Wednesday Addams +Lana Del Rey( white shirt+red lipstick :P, but I don't think you can see the resemblance)  I also helped two friends to do their make up, we weren't that scary because I didn't get to buy any white powder/fake blood :(, I tried to draw some fake blood using my lipstick, my cousin said my makeup looked more like a  post makeout sesh \\(> <)//

The blood lip do was better when I practiced haha

I hope to have a full on halloween costume in the future :) I really liebe halloween with all my heart.

From time to time I'll stop myself from using the phone during bus journeys and to read a book instead. I'm reading the time traveler's wife again, it's sort of like my "the notebook", I always bawl when I watch the final scenes of the movie especially when Henry said " I don't want you to wait, I don't want you to spend your whole life waiting" when Claire asked "why didn't you tell me you're coming I'd would've waited here all the time" :'(. Speaking of my outfit, most of my friends hated this pair of wedges I'm wearing including my mum but it's so comfy :(( I haven't worn this blazer for almost a year already :O, how time flies. I'm approaching the last year of my undergraduate life, the horror! I have to continue my studies though or else I'll be jobless in the future hahaha. Everyone who's finishing their assignments and exam prep, the biggest good luck to you and me!!!!!

Stripes and skirts, these are the two options I religiously hold onto. And the perfect weather today made my trip to the supermarket enjoyable, especially having the chance to wear a skirt without tights after the last few days of gloomy weather.
Currently I'm so behind of schedule, gahhhhh. It'll take a sleep deprived week to get me into the game. And remember how I said I managed to not shop for a while in a few posts back, that was a false alarm, I broke my spending curb alas. Right now I'm involved in a volunteering program where majority of the members are passionate about aiding the under-privileged individuals, and a number of them would be willing to live a minimalist lifestyle to support the cause. Ironically I'm infatuated with extravagance and looovvveee spending my $$ on things I don't need hahaha! Oh well :/

Wearing one of my favourite skirts again, but didn't wear the heels out in fear of slipping in the rain. I actually finished my exams around 2 weeks ago, but was m.i.a. from the blogosphere and everything else because of a visit from a special someone #^^#. Took my boyfriend around adelaide and stuffed him (and myself) with lotsa good food. Right now I'm in the midst of making decisions about what to study in the future @.@. Decisions decisions. And I haven't been shopping for more than a month, not even online shopping we'll see about that , I guess that's an accomplishment on saving $$ eh? :P

the raspberry cream cheese crepe from the pancake house is actually very good, don't remember the name but i think it's called russian (something) crepe

during his visit he actually cooked my favourite dish from home ^o^. it's called mian fen gao (direct translation flour cake soup), basically it's a noodle soup but the noodles are all shaped as squares instead.

Annndddd, I am officially 21 :o! shock! horror! Seems like yesterday when I was still a teenager and now I'm in my early twenties. My parents gave me a budget to get myself a birthday present, I jumped at the chance to get a sony hx50v and a tripod.

These pictures are the results of me experimenting with the camera tonight after a belated birthday meal with a few friends. One thing I hate, is menstrual migraine when I'm trying to study for exams. I had a dessert pizza, apple pie calzone, sounds weird at first but it turned out to be pretty decent, will definitely try the other options next time ^^.

After drooling over the recently iconic zara white skort for quite a while, I decided not to get it since white shorts would look quite "interesting"on me, being heavy bottomed and all that. I stumbled across this stylestalker piece while browsing the iconic, and with a discount code and the "ONLY 1 LEFT" alert, I clicked purchased and one day later here it is.
About my "quest" to conquer walking in heels fared well yesterday, at least i didn't die after a long day at uni xD weakling.
